Description: Amsterdam UMC, Locations AMC and VUmc intend to outsource Holter ECG analyzes to Fysiologic ECG Services BV. Technical link between the service provider with the electronic patient file (EPIC) must be possible. Ruwe Data must be availableand can be requested to the term of raw data at least 10 years. Event Recorders: 1 week and 2 weeks Full Disclosure (continuous registration) .holters available for 24, 48 and 72 hours.12 Kanaals Holter Full Disclosure (continuous registration). Quality assessment and delivery time service provider hasCertified laboratory technicians for the assessment of both adult and children's Holter and Event Recordings. Number of reviews per month based on historical data: 250 to 400. It must be possible to perform more reviews per month, within the same time limits as belownamed. Distribution of Holters over the locations: AMC +/- 250 Holters per month, of which 60% adults and 40% children.MUMC +/- 100 Holter per month (only adult assessment). Requirements deadlines Assessment: regular: within 48 hours for both adults and children (working days). Urgent: upon submissionImmediately assess for both adults and children (working days). Service provider must be able to perform Releve QTC times calculations according to the Tangent method (location AMC has a large LQTS population). It concerns 24-hour measurements Net a Bazett Correction for the QTC.QTC Analysis Includingthe PVC numbers with % of total complexes per day and the distribution over 24 hours. Coupling any arrhythmias with underlying HF (in graphs). Experience with complex cardiology including but not exclusively: extended QTC analysis, PM rhythm, 3rd degrees AV block, off the Novo and all rhythmProblems.
