- Description: This announcement concerns a voluntary transparency on the basis of Article 4.16 Procurement Act 2012, prior to concluding one -year (with option to extend one year) bridging agreements for residential care and crisishulp.regio WBO is currently working onA new Purchasing Youth Assistance and intends to spend the youth assistance for a long time. On May 12, 2022, the Mayor and Aldermen of the five municipalities in the region decided to temporize this purchasing. This requires more time than the term of current agreementsCan offer 'residential care and crisis assistance'. That is why the WBO region must conclude bridging agreements for one (1) year, with an option to extend one (1) year once. These agreements are about (high) specialist residential and crisis care that is divided into three careSpecific plots (1. Behavioral and parenting problems, 2. GGZ, 3. Mild intellectual disability (LVB)). The municipality concludes the agreement with one provider per parcel. On June 14, 2022, the tender for the above contracting has been published on Negometrix, with reference 202282. The tenderhad an expected course with several providers who participated. 19 providers have shown interest in the publication. On August 22, 2022, the provisional award was brought out, in which the assignment was awarded to the only three valid registrations, one provider per plot. OnThe moment of preparing the announcement of the awarded assignment, on November 23, 2022, it became clear that with the publication of the assignment on Negometrix, the official announcement of the assignment on Tenderned and TED was not published.
