Description: This subtender is a tender for social and or other specific services (SAS). This subtender includes the residential components and physical facilities that can be used in addition to the support. This concerns the facilities that can be separated from the support.The aim is to achieve more sustainable family forms and ambulantization. In addition, enough residence facilities must always remain available for residents who need it. There are different forms. A different budget per person is paid per day per form. Within the TwentsPurchasing model becomes living and support in principle separated from each other in purchasing. The support needs is always leading for the use of roofs 2 and 3. And in many cases also for roof 1. This subtender concerns the purchasing of housing and stay. Roof 0, consists of sustainable family formsand these are subdivided into foster care and family home care as family homes. The roofs are in its entirety as follows: roof 0-a foster care; roof 0-b family homes; roof 1 replacement of the home situation without details; roof 2 replacement of the home situation whereThere is active supervision; roof 3 replacement of the home situation where there is unpredictable behavior. From 2020, the tender for the Youth and WMO support needs and the modules diagnostics, dyslexia and living & residence is twice per calendar year for the duration of a monthopen.
