Description: It is a negotiation procedure without prior announcement. The Zilveren Kruis can only implement this scheme because: the task can only be performed cost -effective There is no profit motive; it is a so -called death house construction where the number of participants(currently 127) becomes lower each year; there is no experience at other suppliers with this transitional arrangement and the target group; the performance of the task will not fit into the IT landscape they used. Investments will have to be made in IT facilities to be able to take over the taskWhat will lead to higher management costs. This while the costs are only cost -effective in the current situation; there are advantages at Zilveren Kruis Synergy with regard to investments in IT because the implementation of transitional arrangements within ZK coincides with the performance of our task as an bodyof the place of residence and as a competent body for persons entitled to treaty living abroad; for the aforementioned reasons, the CAK intends to be directly to Zilveren Kruisto award.
