Description:
The aim of this RFP is to identify potential suppliers to support the WHO Medicines and Health Products, Policies and Standards (HPS) Department to carry out overall continued planning and monitoring of financial and technical implementation of a WHO Action / Project to improve equitable access to safe, effective, quality-assured and affordable essential vaccines, medicines and health products in Sub-Saharan Africa, funded by the European Commission's Directorate-General for International Partnerships (DG INTPA). Due to the pharmaceutical specificity of this project and the need for experience in managing EC funded projects, the selected supplier identified will closely collaborate with and support the WHO HPS Department and the WHO Regional Office for Africa with the coordination, delivery and monitoring of the Action as outlined in the description of the Action, and provide support to overall governance and oversight, in close coordination with relevant units in HQ, WHO AFRO Regional Office and external stakeholders.
