• Tenders are invited for NOVE Caring Humans is an Italian non-profit organization, founded in 2012 by experts in international development. NOVE creates or enhances socio-economic, sustainable, and generative development programs and projects. In humanitarian emergencies, it provides immediate assistance to the population, while paving the way for a return to normalcy. All its activities prioritize the most vulnerable individuals, particularly women, children, and persons with disabilities. NOVE is an active member of the Agency Coordinating Body for Afghan Relief and Development (ACBAR), which aims to coordinate and facilitate cooperation among humanitarian organizations operating in Afghanistan, improving the effectiveness of their activities and avoiding overlaps in responding to the country-s humanitarian and development needs. NOVE regularly participates in meetings organized by ACBAR. NOVE is also an active member of the Food Security and Agriculture Cluster (FSAC), Protection Cluster, and Education Cluster.
