SECTION 2: RFQ SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS General Conditions of Contract Any Purchase Order or contract that will be issued as a result of this RFQ shall be subject to one of the General Conditions of Contract below as applicable in each case specified in the Requirements section Applicable GTC: ☒ General Terms and Conditions for Work Applicable Terms and Conditions and other provisions are available at UNDP/How-we-buy Special Conditions of Contract ☒ Cancellation of PO/Contract if the delivery/completion is delayed by [20 days] ☒ Others Performance Security (Form A) The Performance Guarantee outlined in Clause 10 of the General Conditions must be submitted by the Contractor in an amount equal to Ten percent (10%) of the total Contract value. The Contractor is required to provide the original performance security, properly endorsed by the Bank, using the prescribed format provided in Annex-IV. This performance security will cover the defect liability period of 12 months, plus an additional month. Consequently, the performance security should remain valid for a total of 13 months beyond the duration of the contract agreement. During the 12 Months of Defect Liability Period, the contractor is obligated to correct, repair and / or reconstruct any faults as may arise or any items listed in the Certificate of Substantial Completion by UNDP, at the Contractors own cost and within 14 (fourteen) c...
