Tenders are invited for MHI-Afghanistan kindly requests your quotation For the Supply and Delivery of Medicine to Mother and Kind Clinic (MKC), Community Health Worker (CHW) and laboratory reagent, consumables- MHI-Afghanistan on Long Term Agreement Basis in 3 Lots as detailed in line items section of this RFQ. This Request for Quotation comprises the following documents: Section 1: this letter Section 2: RFQ Instructions and Data Annex 1: Technical and Financial Offer Annex 2: Due diligence form When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the RFQ Instructions and Data. Please note that quotations must be submitted to the MHI-Afghanistan office with required documents. By the date and time indicated in the RFQ section 2 (RFQ Instruction and Data). It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted before the deadline.
