- The main objective of this call for tenders is to understand the foundations of the stigma, by identifying its barriers and facilitators in the context of the study case. The results will be used to inform and improve the efforts of the multisectoral program, and in particular, to supply by evidence to a SBC (social change and behavior) action plan in terms of inclusion of disabled people for a period of two ans.
