- Tenders are invited for RFQ Ref No.: AF10/RFQ/25/003 Date: 23 January 2025 The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental humanitarian organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society. The Office of IOM in Kabul, Afghanistan invites eligible and qualified construction companies with relevant licenses and experiences to present their best offer for: Name of Project: Construction of a Family Health House (FHH_HMD_10) in Raigan Balochan, Dishu district, Helmand. Eligibility for obtaining a complete set of RFQ is that interested bidders must provide the following documents: -The company update business license issued by ministry of Commerce or AISA -Provision of documents/agreements for similar working experience of building construction with plumbing and electrical works executed in the last 5 years in which at least one contract with a minimum value of USD 60,000.00 The above required documents should be sent through email to iomkabulprocurement@iom.int and put the RFQ Ref No. AF10/RFQ/25/003 in the subject line of the email as of Thursday 23 January 2025 and latest by 06 February 2025 before 04:30PM. Only Eligible Companies will receive the complete bidding documents via email. The schedules and locations of pre-bid meeting and site visit will be shared with the eligible companies, along with the complete bidding documents. Bids shall be valid for a period of (120) days after submission of bids and shall be delivered to UNICEF Compound, opposite Aino Mena Main, District #5, Kandahar, Afghanistan on or before 27 February 2025 at 02:30PM. Late submission of bids will not be accepted. A bid security of (2%) of the total bid amount must be included with the bid documents.
