Dear Sir/Madam,The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit a Quotation (RFQ) for Goods/Services for establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Provision of Printing services & Visibility Items to UNOPSOffice in Kabul, Afghanistan in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).Based on the result of this bidding exercise, UNOPS intends to enter into a non-exclusive Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with thesuccessful bidder for the procurement of printing services and visibility items UNOPS Afghanistan for 12 months, with the possibility of an extension for another year according to the performance, fund availability and if the BPA does not exceed a maximum contract ceiling during the 12 months contractduration.
