Dear Sir/Madam,The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit A Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Establishment of Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the Production of Awaaz Media Contents and Broadcasting inAfghanistan in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).Based on the result of this bidding exercise, UNOPS intends to enter into a non-exclusive Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the successful bidderfor the Production of Awaaz Media Contents and Broadcasting in Afghanistan for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of an extension for another year according to the performance, fund availability and if the BPA does not exceed a maximum contract ceiling during the 12 months contract duration.
