Description:
RFP-2025-19 Scientific writing services LTAs.The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contractual agreement with successful bidders and to select a suitable contractor or contractors to carry out scientific research, writing and editing of public documents in English. UNAIDS will enter into a Long-Term Agreement with top 6 suitable contractor that will be valid for a period of three years (from January 2026 to May 2028). The provider shall be a public institution, company, individual or NGO operating in the field of research, analysis, writing and editing, with proven expertise in the development of documents focused on one or more of the following fields: HIV, data analysis, financial analysis, public health, development, human rights, gender or international affairs. Technical and field experience in the fields of HIV, public health, development, human rights, gender equality and community mobilization are assets.The consultant will conduct research, writing, editing and proofreading the following types of tasks:- Research, analysis and critical writing that may include literature reviews, working with multiple data sources and formulating concise findings and recommendations.- Conceptualizing and developing key messages and storylines for multiple audiences across diverse media.- The analysis, compilation and summation of a range of material into a coherent narrative.- Interviewing multiple stakeholders and faithfully developing their experiences and points of view into ...
