Tenders are invited for NOVE, as the implementing agency of the aforementioned project, hereby announces the issuance of a tender aimed at selecting Transportation Operators for transporting of livestock, as specified below: Article 1 - OBJECT OF THE Transportation DELIVERY of 530 dairy cattle, divided as follows: ● 176 cattle for the province of Kunar: First transported to a selected Quarantine center and after 14 days of quarantine the cattle to be delivered to: districts (Nurgal, Asad abad) ● 178 cattle for the province of Nangarhar: First transported to a selected Quarantine center and after 14 days of quarantine the cattle to be delivered to: districts (Behsood, Surkroad, kamma and Daranoor) ● 176 cattle for the province of Laghman: First transported to a selected Quarantine center and after 14 days of quarantine the cattle to be delivered to districts (Central base mehterlam baba) as per the technical specifications detailed in Annex A of this tender. Offers may be submitted: ● for the entire delivery of 530 dairy cattle in all three provinces, OR ● partial to two of the specified provinces, OR ● to one of the three provinces. Preferably the contract is awarded to one Transportation Operator capable of covering the entire delivery for all three provinces. Or, the contract will be awarded to multiple Operators for individual provinces, provided that the requirements set out in the tender are met.
