Good afternoon, dear Sirs, UNICEF Angola is pleased to invite your company to participate in the Request for Quotation process for the supply of materials for the “Libraries without Walls” project, as per the reference LRFQ-2026-9205447. We request your attention to the following important instructions: Submission deadline: 10 August 2026, at 23:59 (Angola local time). Submission method: Proposals must be submitted exclusively by email to: supplyangolabid@unicef.org. Proposals sent through other channels will not be considered and will be automatically disqualified. Mandatory proposal documents:• Financial Proposal and Technical Specifications Sheet (mandatory), with the reference: LRFQ-2026-9205447 - Company Name;• Declaration Form duly completed and signed (pages 9-11 of the RFQ), indicating YES if all conditions are accepted or NO if there are exceptions. We request that the forms be sent properly completed as soon as you receive this communication, for the purposes of validating your participation in the process. Note: The same material must be prepared and delivered to the Province of Cunene, Ondjiva. Please be advised that incomplete, unsigned or submitted proposals outside the established deadline will be automatically disqualified.
