- This SNMPI development process is supported by the Thamm Plus program which constitutes a second phase of the Thamm project (for a global approach to the governance of labor and mobility of workers in North Africa (Thamm)-T05-EUTF-Noa-REG-06)), which had been implemented from 2019 to 2023. It consists in supporting the implementation of the partnership to attract talent. The program also aims to prepare the ground for the operationalization of the EU talent pool in order to support the adequacy of skilled workers wishing to settle in the EU with the needs of EU employers. The partnerships for the talents announced in the new pact on migration and asylum will improve the legal access routes to the EU, while engaging in partner countries of which Morocco strategically in the management of migration.
