Description :This prequalification system shall cover the provision of Walk-to-Work Vessels in the German or Dutch North Sea. The Clients understanding of a Walk-to-Work vessel is defined as a vessel with station keeping capabilities and a motion compensated gangway, that enables offshore workers toaccess offshore installations. Other industry terms are Service Operation Vessel (SOV) or Accommodation Vessel.For each requirement of a Walk-to-Work vessel the client will issue an invitation to tender (ITT).The vessel shall support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance campaigns at TenneT's offshoreassets. The technical requirements can vary in its nature, depending on the scope of work the vessel shall fulfil. In general the Client intends to to use such units for accommodation of personnel and if working at an installation the transfer of personnel from the vessel to the installation, transportingsmall amounts of cargo, lifting and helicopter flight support. Beside these main tasks several side tasks may be requested. A non-disclosure agreement(NDA)
