- Tenders are invited for The purpose of this RFQ is to engage the firm to provide transportation services (consisting of a vehicle and driver) to Chemonics and FEWS NET 8 DS project. The firm shall, and when requested, provide the following services: 1. A dedicated vehicle (Toyota 4runner 4x4 model 2018 or higher, color white or silver) with a driver for Kabul field office to meet the project-s daily transportation needs. 2. Two options for dedicated vehicles (1- Toyota Hilux 4X4, 2009 or newer, white or silver and 2- low-profile sedan/saloon/Toyota Corolla, station wagon/Toyota Fielder or minivan/Picnic/HiAce or similar, 2009 or newer, white or silver) with driver to facilitate transportation to Afghanistan provinces on an ad-hoc basis.
