Tenders are invited for Request For The Welfare Association for the Development of Afghanistan (WADAN) Request For Provision of Rental Vehicle Services for Badakhshan (Reannounced) Afghanistan Girls Education (AGE) Project, implemented by WADAN and funded by the Central Asian Institute (CAI), is an EiE (Education in Emergencies) initiative aimed at restoring learning opportunities for out-of-school children, particularly girls and boys in conflict-affected and remote districts of Badakhshan (Baharak, Khash, Tagab, and Argo) and Takhar (Warsaj). Due to security concerns, socio-cultural restrictions, and limited access to formal schools, many children in these areas are unable to attend hub schools. To bridge this gap, the project sustains 60 Community-Based Education (CBE) classes in Badakhshan and 12 in Takhar, ensuring that 2,160 children have access to safe, inclusive, and quality education within their communities. AGE is designed to expand educational access, create a protective and child-friendly learning environment, and guarantee learning continuity, aligning with Afghanistan-s CBE Policy. By prioritizing education for marginalized children in crisis settings, the project serves as a lifeline of hope and resilience, empowering communities and securing a brighter future for Afghanistan-s most vulnerable learners.
