Description:
Tenders are invited for Handicap International Federation (HI), operating as Humanity & Inclusion, invites all registered and qualified suppliers to submit competitive bids in hard copy for the “Provision of Generator Maintenance” under a framework agreement for a period of 12 months with an option to extend at the same terms and conditions for another 12 Months periods subject to satisfactory performance and agreement by both parties. Framework Agreement is a type of agreement with its terms and conditions under which procurement of goods or services can be affected over a specified period, but which places no obligation on HI to order any minimum or maximum quantity. After entering into a Framework Agreement, HI will place order on a “need basis”. The purchase Order (SPO) will provide information on the exact services and or items, its quantities and unit prices (lifted from the Framework Agreement) in addition to other logistic details. Suppliers are required to submit their signed and stamped bid, written in English, to the address provided below. All Bids must be submitted no later than Monday, 13th of May 2025, by 2:00 PM (Kabul Time). Any bids submitted after this deadline will be automatically rejected.
