- Tenders are invited for Request For The Welfare Association for the Development of Afghanistan (WADAN) Request For Provision Of Business Startup Kit Item The WLP project, running from April 15 to September 31, 2025, targets 35 vulnerable women and girls facing limited access to education and economic opportunities. It aims to empower them through two key interventions: livestock provision and jam, pickle, and dairy production. In Baharak district, 23 beneficiaries will receive cows to support their households and sell dairy products locally. In Faizabad, 12 women will be trained in food processing and will work in small groups producing jam, pickles, and dairy items.
