Description:
Tenders are invited for Request For Handicap International Request For Provision of Audit Services - Independent Project Audit for ITF Project Handicap International is seeking to engage independent Audit Firms for the audit of the financial statements of the ITF VA project in Afghanistan titled "Victim Assistance in Afghanistan-Provision of emergency mobile physical rehabilitation, psychological support and EORE sessions across Kabul, Kandahar and Nimroz Provinces). The Independent Auditor will review and analyze HI financial systems and procedures and provide recommendations for improvement. The Project started in 2022 and has recently ended in 2024. The audit will also aim to provide Handicap International (HI) with an external assessment of the financial capacity and established business processes. This includes providing observations and recommendations as part of the audit as per the attacched Terms of Reference. Qualified and independent Auditors are encouraged to send their technical as well as financial proposals to procurement.afghanistan@hi.org and as per the terms of reference between the 25th of March and the 3rd of April 2025.
