- Description: This purchasing process concerns an open house procedure in the context of domestic support for the municipalities of Sittard-Geleen, Stein and Beek. This open house procedure only concerns services for customized household support (care in kind) in the context ofThe Wmo 2015. In the Open House Procedure, all care providers can register continuously for entering into an agreement during the term of this agreement. An agreement is entered into with all providers who meet the set requirements and conditions. Clients from the aforementionedMunicipalities can freely make their choice between the contracted care providers. In the case of "Open House" there is no question of a tender and also there is no public contract since the choice of the service provider lies with the client. Contractual systems that meet "Open HouseConditions are therefore subject to private law, but not subject to tendering. For the purchasing of household support, the 3 municipalities in the Westelijke Mijnstreek have opted for a joint purchasing, which is organized centrally by the municipality of Sittard-geleen.
