UNICEF wishes to invite you to submit proposal(s) for the above referenced RFP-DAN-2025-503838 Meningococcal Vaccines for delivery during the period September 2025 December 2027IMPORTANT INFORMATION! PLEASE READ:EMAILED PROPOSALS must be sent to the email supplybid@unicef.org up to 23:59 hours (Copenhagen time) on 17 July 2025. Proposals sent to a different email will be invalidated, even if received before the stipulated deadline. There is no need to send hard copies of same through courier. The subject line of the email should include the tender number followed by the company. For example, RFP-DAN-2025-503838 xxxx xx Co. Ltd.The attachments must be maximum twenty-five (25) megabytes per email and submitted using scanned signed pdf copies as well as soft copies. The scanned signed copies will be considered the formal tender submission. Larger attachments will not be accepted. The zip files may be submitted instead.No other recipient should be "cc" or "bcc" in the email submission.After submission of your proposal you will receive an "acknowledgement receipt". If more than one email is submitted, the automatic acknowledgement reply message will be sent out only to the first email message.
