- Description :This Tender Procedure aims at the conclusion of Framework Agreements for the lease, operation and maintenance of Managed Dark Fiber Connections with at least three (3) Contractors (no maximum number). Through this Tender Procedure, SURFnet wishes to conclude Framework Agreements with allsuitable providers in the Dutch dark fiber market. For that reason, the Tender Procedure is based on Exclusion Criteria and Minimum Requirements only, and there is no limit to the number of Contractors who may be awarded a FrameworkContract.
