• Description: The assignment ultimately aims to give a structural solution for the users authorized by the Water Board Company Limburg at the latest from 1 September 2019 by managing and maintaining the information system for the benefit and frameworkof the integrated water chain in Limburg, all this in the broadest sense of the word (hereinafter referred to as: the structural solution). In the context of the aforementioned structural solution, the Water Board Company has a so -called memorandum of understanding (MOU) with NV WaterleidingMaatschappij Limburg signed, with (among other things) as a result that the intention is that on the one hand the obligations agreed under the structural solution will be phased out by the Contractor and on the other hand that the management activities in the Water Supper Maatschappij inthe framework of the structural solution is set up and, where possible, expanded for the support of the Limburg Water Board company, all this within the framework of the integrated Waterkeken.nv Waterleiding Maatschappij Limburg is qualified as a vital provider in theMeaning of the Network and Information Systems Security Act and the Network and Security Systems Decree, but that the Limburg Water Board Company as such is not (yet) qualified as a vital provider within the meaning of the aforementioned law. The result is that the information system for benefitof the process automation and the related data from NV Waterleiding Maatschappij Limburg does fall under the scope of the aforementioned law and decision, but that this same information system (and the related data) of the Water Board Company Limburg is not covered by the scopeof this law and decision fall.
