Tenders are invited for Request For Concern Worldwide Afghanistan Invitation to tender - Tender Ref 2006-002 - for International Fund Transfer Invitation to Tender for International Fund Transfer Concern Worldwide - Afghanistan intends to hire the services of a Hawala dealer/ Money Service Provider (MSP) to provide Funds to Concern operational locations in Badakhshan, Kabul, & Takhar provinces, (either in cash or by lodgment to Concern Bank Account in Kabul/Takhar), Concern will pay the provider for the funds delivered plus a service fee.
