Purpose of the Tender ASLO invites qualified suppliers to submit sealed tenders for the procurement and mobilization (monthly rental basis) of Twelve (12) new Toyota Hilux vehicles to support project implementation in Samangan Province in below districts. - (Aybak (Provincial Capital) - Dara-i Suf Bala - Dara-i Suf Payin - Feroz Nakhchir - Hazrat Sultan - Khuram wa Sarbagh - Ruyi Du Ab The vehicles will be used for transportation of staff, materials, and equipment to project sites across Samangan province and its districts and villages. 3. Background To ensure smooth project operations and effective field mobility, ASLO requires Twelve dedicated project vehicles. The availability of reliable vehicles is essential to: • Ensure timely implementation of activities • Support logistical operations • Maintain staff safety • Improve operational efficiency 4.
