- Description: The municipality of Veldhoven and GRSK/MD have chosen to go through an open house procedure in order to arrive at several framework agreements for the execution of the WMO Assignment with the household. With this open house system, an agreement is entered into with eachcare provider that meets the predetermined conditions. The client chooses which provider he/she wants to purchase the customized provision. The framework agreement does not offer a purchase guarantee: the municipality cannot issue any guarantees about the size and purchase of the number of hours of WMO help with theHouseholds. The freedom of choice of the client ultimately determines the distribution of the number of hours over the contractors.
