Description: Groslijsten are lists per category or subcategory of assignments, which are suppliers who have made their interest in these assignments known. The suppliers on a grassy list have been screened and qualified for the relevant assignment type. The grassing lists areDetermined and maintained by the tender team of the municipality. On a grassy list, both suppliers who have already carried out assignments can occur, as suppliers who have not yet carried out assignments. Suppliers who have carried out an assignment are assessed and receive onescore. The higher the score, the higher the ranking on the grassy list. Suppliers who have not yet carried out an assignment have not been ranked. If an assignment within the Groslijst is multiple underhanded, the three suppliers who are the highest are ranked (the 'top 3')Always invited to make an offer. The other suppliers (ranked and non-ranked) can, when there is a need for more than 3 tenderers, be drawn to make an offer. This can be one or two so that a total of three to five suppliers are invitedTo register. For a further explanation of the Groslijststaematics, we would like to refer to the procedural scheme that is included as an appendix to question 1.1.1. Providers only have to complete the questionnaires for the grassing lists for which they want to register. The general questionnairemust be completed.
