- Description: Entry into effects new "Groslijststaststaematics Municipalities 2019" will enter into force on 1 September 2019. The current "Groslijststaststaststaematics Achterhoekse Municipalities 2014" will be canceled on the same date. Inclearing will be requested on 1 September 2019 via this new grass systemtake place. GroSlijststastastaatatiek 2019th Municipality of Doetinchem and the municipality of Doesburg, together with a few Achterhoek municipalities, have developed a grassing list system. The Groslijstenstaematics is intended for civil engineering and cultural -technical works and related services. ThisTender can sign up for one or more grassing lists (qualifications). Insided groans are lists per category or subcategory of assignments, which are suppliers who have made their interest in these assignments known. The suppliers on a grass list have been screened andQualified for the relevant assignment type. The grassing lists are determined and maintained by the tender team of the municipality. There are both suppliers who have already carried out one or more assignments on a grassy list, as suppliers who have not yet carried out an assignment (s).Suppliers who have carried out an assignment are assessed and will then receive a score. The higher the score, the higher the ranking on the grassy list. Suppliers who have not yet carried out an assignment have not been ranked. If an assignment within the Groslijst MultipleThe three suppliers who are the highest ranks (the 'top 3') are always invited to make an offer. The other suppliers (ranked and non-ranked) are drawn to make an offer. As a rule, there are two, so that a total of fiveSuppliers are invited to register.
