UNICEF has now issued a Request for Proposals in order to select a service provider for the Establishment of Global Long-Term Arrangement for Services (LTASs) for the provision of consultancy services to UNICEF in Education.UNICEF requires specialized technical expertise from consultancy firms to support its education work, including analyses, programme design, research, and evaluations that advance results for children. To address increasing demand and ensure timely, high-quality support, UNICEF will establish non-exclusive Long-Term Arrangements for Services (LTASs) with organizations in the education sector. These LTAs will enable rapid deployment of qualified experts to provide technical assistance, advisory services, and capacity building across headquarters, regional, and country offices, including Centers of Excellence in Nairobi, Bangkok, Amman, and Panama. The LTAs will accommodate diverse institutional capacities and pricing structures, with an emphasis on consortia that include programme country institutions to strengthen local expertise.
