- International Finance Corporation (IFC) IESG Regional Departmentwishes to engage an external Firms to provide on-call services to appraise newprojects and supervise existing portfolio projects in FCS/IDA in the Middle East, Central Asia and Türkiye (MCT), includingsite visits and the review of the annual E&S performance reports for directinvestment clients.Firms will conduct due diligence of proposed IFC investment projects, andsupervision of IFC portfolio projects using the IFC Performance Standards (PSs)for projects in infrastructure, manufacturing, agribusiness and service marketsectors. Within MCT, the geographicalfocus will be on i) Fragile and Conflict Situations (FCS): Afghanistan, Iraq,Lebanon, Syria, West Bank and Gaza, Yemen and on ii) IDA Private Sector Window(PSW) countries: Kyrgyz Republic and Tajikistan.As a result of this selection several Firms will be awardedFramework Agreements to fulfill the above mentioned assignments on a need basis.
