- Description: The contracting authority is looking for a party (or combination of parties) that based on proactivity and cooperation: for the coming years the energy counter (digital platform with back office/helpdesk), with a focus on future -proof living, in collaboration with the contracting authorityintent, manages and performs, and thereby owner-residents of land-bound homes unburdened during the entire customer journey. It is stated, where desired, to support/facilitate residents' initiatives, projects or area approaches (hereinafter referred to as local initiatives), with the Energy Desk Actions(including collective purchasing) performs aimed at energy saving and more sustainable of homes (no exclusive rights; see section 2.2.).
