- Description: This is the selection guideline for the non-public European tender, via a dynamic purchase system, of the assignment: Hosting Components and Maintenance (and Advice) (HC&O 2020) The contracting authority applies the procedure for a dynamic purchase system (DAS) according to theProcurement Act 2012. The selection director includes information about the requirements to which the (content of the) delivery and the related services must meet, the course of the tendering procedure and the requirements that the (content of) registration must comply.Situation MO Purchasing IT is preparing for a new framework agreement for hosting and components that will probably be put on the market through a European tender in 2020. At the moment, Defense does not have suitable agreements for purchasing theseProduct category. This requires a solution for the intervening period. DMO purchasing IT considers a tie a suitable remedy for this. In addition, DMO Purchasing IT wants to create a platform for the acquisition of hosting and components in which it is possible to quickly and flexiblyMoving to move with market developments and supplier developments, as well as changes in the needs from the defense organization. Filling can be stated that participation in the DAS will remain possible during the entire duration of the DAS. This makes it continuously during the term of theDas, accession possible of participants from both SMEs and larger companies, new or already existing at the suppliers market.
