  • The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to identify a suitable contractor to:Develop a transparent, evidence-based global methodology to estimate the financial and health-related costs of corruption in the health sector.Use the methodology, develop a global estimate of corruption losses in health systems (both financial and foregone benefits).Design a practical, modular national methodology and user-friendly tool to support country-led assessments of the cost of corruption.
