Addendum#1 is issued to amend the following criteria under RFP UNDP-AFG-00636 dated 19 May 2025 and is hereby replaced with the following changes: Addendum#1 and 2 is uploaded with this submission1. Please refer to the detailed evaluation criteria under section 1.2 has been revised and reducedfrom 100,000 clients loans served with credits loans to 50,000 clients. 2.
