- Description: Tender Description this Tender describes the contracting procedure for healthcare providers in the field of guidance in the context of youth assistance for the South Limburg region. For the purchasing of youth assistance, 18 municipalities in South Limburg have opted for a joint purchasing through meansof a central municipal construction. In that context, the municipality of Maastricht has been designated as the center municipality. Inside the center municipal concrete construction, the participating municipalities have decided which arrangements are purchased or not by the center municipality for the care to be provided in theirmunicipality. For which municipalities you will grant the present products (or arrangements), Article 3, paragraph 4 of the Service Agreement (hereinafter: DVO) can be read. In thatcase you must register for tender 104028. This more contracting consists consists of the following documents: the cooperation agreement; the DVO; Appendix 1 on the rates for the Guidance Group and supervision individual; Appendix 2 concerning the quality requirements and other substantivepreconditions; Appendix 3 concerning the declaration protocol; Appendix 4 concerning reports and evaluations; Appendix 5 on the grounds for exclusion and termination; and bijlage 6 concerning social return. This tender consists largely of the same (contract) documents as used for theContracting for the calendar year 2018. On the other hand, these pieces have been fundamentally changed.
