- UNITED NATIONS CHILDREN'S FUND (UNICEF) Wishes to invite you to submit a proposal for Construction and Rehabilitation of 11 water supply projects (4 solar-powered water supply projects in Parwan Province, 4 solar-powered and 2 gravity-fed water supply projects in Kapisa Province and 1 solar-powered water supply projects in Khost Province).IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested bidders must respond to this tender using the UNICEF e-submission system, via the UNGM portal. In order to access the full UNICEF tender details, request clarifications, and submit a vendor response to a tender using the system. Bidders need to be registered as a UNICEF vendor at the UNGM portal and be logged into UNGM. Bidders are requested to submit their technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes.
