Description:
Tenders are invited for 1. Background The Power Purchase Agreement “PPA” between Purchaser and Seller for the development of a ( 50 MW Gas fired Project) located in (Jawzjan) requires the appointment of an Independent Engineer “IE”. The IE shall be an experience and qualified individual or firm, independent of both Parties and the EPC Contractor, engaged to monitor, review, and report on technical and contractual compliance during the design, construction, commissioning, and initial operation phases.
