Call for external collaborators - Research on occupational safety and health and access to social protection for workers in two agricultural and forestry supply chains in Congo, OSHE Branch/: ILO country office Kinshasa Dear bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an external collaborator. Below is a summary of the tasks to be accomplished and attached the terms of reference detailed: The objective of this consultation is to support two research carried out in the Republic of Congo: an assessment of the incentive factors and constraints for the improvement of OSH and access to social protection for workers in the sunflower and soybean value chain; and an assessment of the drivers and constraints for improving OSH in the forest value chain. The consultant recruited under this offer will support the main consultant, responsible for the general coordination of the two researches. It will provide technical support on OSH and social protection issues, contribute to data collection in both sectors and lead workplace observations. selected in order to identify occupational hazards and the prevention and control measures in place. Both research will be carried out as part of a joint field mission covering the two sectors.
