- Dear Bidder,The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed:The consultant will undertake a structured literature review on employment and the greening economy in Asia and the Pacific, limited to publications from the past five years. The work will involve developing a review framework, conducting a comprehensive desk review of academic, policy, and grey literature, and synthesising findings into a draft and final report. The review will examine evidence on the impacts of the green transition on employment, sectoral trends, skills development, labour market policies, and social protection measures, as well as policy approaches and strategies adopted in the region. The consultant will also identify knowledge gaps and provide an annotated bibliography of key sources.
