Description: On February 23, 2016, EUR with Maas International B.V. (hereinafter Maas) concluded a framework agreement (reference 27691) for 'hot drinks and facilities' (plot 1). See the TenderNed publication dated 14 September 2015 with characteristic 77185 and the TED publication dated 19September 2015 with reference 2015/s 182-329927. The EUR appeals to Article 2,163e Procurement Act 2012 by means of this announcement for the framework agreement with Maas for hot drinks and facilities. For the period up to and including 31 December 2020, the EUR and Maas have a amicable onearranged for the period up to and including 31 December 2020 (see TED06/2021-224267). For the purpose of the period from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2021, the EUR intends to proceed with additional extension of the framework agreement. In concrete terms, this means that the framework agreement is extendedBy one year, namely from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, will take into account the conditions as described in the framework agreement. Please note: because of no availability of SF20 form (announcement of amendment) in Negometrix is for the present change of an existingassignment, the form for voluntary transparency.
