Description: This tender concerns the tendering of the customized provision for a short-term stay for the municipalities of Asten, Deurne, Gemert-Bakel, Helmond, Laarbeek and Someren, in the context of the decentralization of the AWBZ to the Social Support Act. The tender is followed by the procedure ofAdministrative tendering (for more information about administrative tendering see the document "Administrative Procedure Process"). In May 2018, the colleges of Helmond and the Peelgemeenten (Asten, Deurne, Gemert-Bakel, Helmond, Laarbeek and Someren) agreed with the further developed "agreementSocial Support 2015, short -term stay ". This means that providers must go through the procedure with regard to the further developed agreement in order to (continue to) provide the care applicable to this tender. The agreement is intended forEvery provider who wants to offer its services in the field of short-term stay to clients who live within the municipality of Asten, Deurne, Gemert-Bakel, Helmond, Laarbeek and Someren on the basis of care in kind.Delivery: Short -term stay contracted from 2017
