Description: This tender concerns the tendering of the customized meal provision for the municipalities of Asten, Deurne, Gemert-Bakel, Helmond, Laarbeek and Someren, in the context of the decentralization of the AWBZ to the WMO. The tender is followed by the procedure ofAdministrative tendering (for more information about administrative tendering see the document "Administrative Procedure Process"). In April 2017, the lectures of Helmond and the Peelgemeenten (Asten, Deurne, Gemert-Bakel, Helmond, Laarbeek and Someren) agreed to the further developed "AgreementSocial Support 2015, Domestic Support "where the meal provision was housed through addendum. On the basis of this it was decided to include the meal provision as a separate agreement. This means that providers with regard to the agreementAgreement for the Social Support 2015, customized provision Meal provision must be completed in order to (continue to) deliver this provision. The agreement is intended for every provider who "Agreement Social Support 2015, Domestic SupportHelmond & Peelgemeenten "has concluded and other providers that provide care in the municipality of Asten, Deurne, Gemert-Bakel, Helmond, Laarbeek and Someren.
