- Description: As a result of the new WMO Guidance Agreement on January 1, 2024, you can no longer register in this tender with regard to 1 July 2023. This tender concerns the tendering of the guidance 18+ A2 for the municipalities of Cranendonck, Heeze-Leende and Valkenswaard in theframework of the decentralization from the AWBZ to the WMO. The tender is followed by the administrative procurement procedure (for more information about administrative tendering see the document "Administrative Procurement Process"). On November 4, 2014, the A2 municipalities are the lectures of the A2 municipalities(Cranendonck, Heeze-Leende and Valkenswaard) agreed to the sub-agreement tailor-made facility guidance 18+. This means that healthcare providers have been able to sign this sub -agreement since November 4, 2014. The agreement is intended for every provider who is based on care in kindservices in the field of guidance to clients who live within the municipality of Cranendonck, Heeze-Leende or Valkenswaard.
