The range of youth care is subdivided into freely accessible care (hereinafter: VTZ) and not freely accessible care (hereinafter: NVTZ). The freely accessibleOffer consists of relatively light forms of help and support that in principle everyone can appeal. This may include local preventive parenting programs available for everyone, social skills training, child coaching, which is made by the municipal accessOrganized and implemented. The Individual, Specialist Facilities (NVTZ) are carried out in the field of various sub-sectors: Youth and Opvoedhulp, Youth GGZ, Youth LVB and Jeugdzorgplus, either in the voluntary or in a forced framework of, for example, youth protection orjuvenile rehabilitation.
