Description: Most specialist care provided in the context of youth assistance can be characterized as a single care and is designated as low complex youth assistance within the system that has been set up by the West-Brabant West region. The youngsters in question can largelyare helped by one care provider, possibly supplemented with support from a youth professional. Their care demand focuses on several domains(parenting or family problems, behavioral problems, psychological problems, addiction problems, intellectual disabilities). Often these youngsters already have a long history within youth care. Many of them have no or insufficient stable network. The region thinks it is important that tooThese youngsters are helped that they find a stable home situation and get perspective on a healthy and safe future. The region has decided to closeAgreements for the delivery of high -complex youth assistance to set up an admission procedure in accordance with the so -called "open house" model. This model means that with all care providers who meet the admission criteria, an agreement is concluded. The region closes with all care providersidentical agreements, the conditions of which have been established by the region.
